When we hear about programs, registration dates, events, and other news we announce it first in the News Page and Posts sections of this website, then to the over 300 members of our Facebook Group, in our 550+ member e-letter, and then in the paper newsletter that is mailed to every door.
We like our Facebook group because its free, members get an immediate email when news and comments are posted, and members can post comments and provide feedback. The e-letter is also free but you only receive one email every few weeks with all of the news. Either way, you don’t have to keep coming to the website or going to Facebook to see what’s going on – just join the group or e-letter and forget it. You choose how often you want information. You can subscribe to the eletter by clicking here and pressing send, no words are necessary. To unsubscribe just click here and type “Cancel” in the subject.
If you know someone who wants information more often but isn’t connected to email, send us a note with their address and we’ll send out a hard copy of the eletter.
The Bay View, our four page paper edition, is mailed to all the 1,825 households in the area about six times per year, depending on the content we sometimes also send to Dunrobin and the Harbour. In it are news items, upcoming events, and occasional submissions from residents. You can catch up on past editions here or by going to The Bayview Page in the About Us section of the website.
