We are proud to offer a choice of seven yoga classes & three instructors at Northwind for women and men at all levels. Participate at your own level and receive support and instruction matched to your individual abilities. Yoga is great for balance, stretching, breathing and strength. It is also one of the best ways to learn healthy relaxation techniques.
We offer daytime classes as part of our All In program and evening classes by Inner Moon Yoga with Ali Tuesday evenings – Boot Camp Yoga at 6:15 pm and Yin Yoga at 7:30 pm and Thursday evening Yoga with Stephanie.
