We are very happy to announce that the tender to design and engineer Sandhills has been awarded to NORR. Bethune Visitor Centre

The firm already has a good understanding of our needs, financial constraints, and existing facility and will progress very quickly  out of the gate. Through a set of workshops and reviews using 3d computer modeling and concept drawings the Architect, City Staff, and a community guidance team will, over the next month,  evolve an end state that weaves together what we have with what we need. It will lay out the new construction and the complete renovation plan for our existing centre; inside and out. The product will be a striking, bright, efficient facility that will be the centre-piece of our  community. The concepts will be  brought back to the community in March for review. Through April and May Norr will complete the design and engineering work and develop the  work packages which will allow us to fund and add-in enhancements as construction  progresses.
