A week of generosity and vision cuts the Sandhills fundraising target to $26,000. Lead by an exceptional $5,000 donation by Steve Wood, $500 from Diana Wilhelm & Chris Edwards, and new Sandhills members the contributions cut the target by 20% in just the first week of May. Steve becomes the 5th resident to say “count me in” with a donation of $5,000 or more; Nancy Atchison was first in with $10,000 and then Donna Pritlove and Kirk Mandy made their clear statement with donations of $15,000 each. The four week donation total exceeded $15,000.
