Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend as your community association prepares for an exceptionally important and rewarding year. The 2013 Board will leave a permanent mark on our community as we move Project Sandhills into high gear. All board positions are available for election and several very important posts will be vacant including Secretary, Communications and, Membership. Now is the time to consider joining a great team. To put forward your name for a position on the board or nominate someone else in advance please send a note to the President .

Residents will receive updates on CBBCA Operations, the 2012 Financial Report, and Project Sandhills. Members will elect the new board for 2013 and be welcome to present any priorities and provide feedback.
