Preschool – HOP; Healthy Opportunities for Preschoolers is a City of Ottawa Program  designed by the University of British Columbia). Engage and excite your child to develop physical, cognitive, and social skills and experience the feeling of success. Active exploration with indoor and outdoor activities. This is a 50 minute care-giver and child program offered on Saturday mornings at 9:30 . This program is delivered in collaboration with the CBBCA.
