2016 Beach Swimming Lessons:
In the summer the CBBCA offers swimming lessons at Auger’s Beach with our highly certified instructors. Programs run for one week and are usually held during July and August. The program is coordinated by Janet Lavern and runs weekday afternoons at Auger’s; the best backyard pool you could ask for. This is the ideal time for children to learn the particular safety rules for swimming in places other than municipal pools and for adults and youth to improve their skills and certifications.
We are always looking for certified local instructors.
Please email Janet Lavern for more information or to get the latest news on swimming lessons join the Constance Bay Beach Swimming Lessons Facebook Group.
Check the News section of www.cbbca.ca for the latest information; registration usually begins at the end of May with schedules firming up in June.

The second annual West Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival returns to the Point Beach on July 16th. Come out on your own, join some friends, or man your own boat; this just for fun event provides a memorable day at the beach. Registration is now open
