The Constance Bay Branch of the Ottawa Public Library is now open for browsing, computer use and holds pickup. The external book drop is open. The hours of operation are:  Monday: 2-6  Tuesday: 10-1 and 4:30-8  Thursday: 4:30-8  Saturday: 10-2
